RETURN POLICY:

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final with the exception of manufacturer  defects. All products are carefully inspected prior to shipping. However, on occasion an item with a  manufacturer defect may slip by. If you feel you purchased a defective product, please email our  customer service department at customerservice@toywme.com. A representative will assist you with  the process. 

All lotions, lubes, creams and oils are non-refundable.  

REFUNDS: 

Once an order is placed, the order is immediately processed. We cannot refund or change an order once  it has been placed. An exchange will be available if a defect has been verified by the manufacturer, and  the item is returned within 30 days of delivery of order.
