When will my order arrive?

Most orders will be processed the same day as long as it's placed prior to our 2:00 pm EST, otherwise it will be processed the following day prior to 2:00 pm. You will be provided with a tracking number to check the delivery status.

Will my package be delivered discreetly?

Your privacy is very important to us. Your order will be delivered in a plain package. Our company name and our logo will never appear on the outside of the package. The letters 'TWM and our street address, will show as our return address.

Will the company name show up on my credit card statement?

No, the name 'Toy w Me' will not show up as the merchant name. To remain discreet, we use only our initials 'Twm'.

How do you ship?

USPS is our preferred shipping method. We will notify you via email once we process your order. Tracking will be provided.

I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

Because of our quick processing time, cancelations are not available. Due to the nature of the products we sell, once an item leaves our facility, it is considered used. This is for the safety of our customers.

How do I return a defective item?

Please contact us via email at customerservice@toywme.com within 3 days after delivery and we'll walk you through the process. Please include pics of the defective product and a detailed description.

What should I do if I notice a problem with a product after the 90 day defective product return window?

We recommend you contact the manufacturer of the product directly. If you need help finding the contact information, contact us via email, and we'll be happy to send you the needed information.

I lost the charging cord from my toy, can I buy a new one?

Contact the manufacturer directly as we do not carry replacement parts. They will be happy to help you.

Is my toy waterproof?

Refer to the spec sheet that came with the toy. It will clearly state if the item is waterproof, water resistant or splash resistant. If you no longer have the spec sheet, we suggest you contact the manufacturer directly. Toy w Me is not liable for any injury resulting from misuse of a product.
